Title: Can not sync with IPOD

Please help. I can rip and use MediaCenter 9 perfectly except I cannot sync with my IPOD to get any music on it. Everytime I connect my IPOD it says do not disconnect and then when I drop music into "handheld" it says ok to disconnect and am unable to transfer music to IPOD. I cannot see my IPOD in MC or in my computer for more than a second or two before it disconnects.  However I am able to sync with Jukebox without difficulty. I am running USB 2.0 . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. ?
