This is a commercial / licence support question. I have been using Jukebox / media centre for about 2 years now and upgraded to V9 a whileback. Last weekend my media center failed to start - claiming that the demo period had expired and I needed to purchase a copy. This is clearly incorrect but I had to in the end purchase a second copy just to use Media Center. The only change to my system I had made was to join a new NT domain but can't see how this should have effected me. Please could someone look into this and email me back why I had to purchase a second license. To resolve this (assuming I am right) I ask that I be credited against the next release from Media Center. Regards, Mitch

Hi Jim,
Date is right but my machine name did change when I moved to the new domain. This must be the problem. The situation is that I now have a working copy of Media Centre - I've just paid twice obviously! Can you ask someone in accounts to please check & confirm that I have two licenses for MC9 and if confirmed to get back to me on resolution? I propose that you send me the next license for V10 or whatever is the next proposed release?
Regards, Mitch
