Title: cpu bouncing when mediaJukebox 8 is running

I just installed MJ8, and added 5400+ files to my library... when I start up MJ8, the cpu pegs at 100% for 2 seconds, then down to 3% for 2 seconds.

Has anyone seen this behavior? I searched the forums with no luck on an explaination.

Having the same problem in MC 9.1, looking through forums as well for a solution !

I ended up removing MJ8, wiping out the library, and installing MC9.1, reimported the library. Since that all has been working well.

Don't know of an exact reason for the CPU peg.
