Title: What is the Download App for?

ANy help on this one?

Also I have a MC Server sitting on the internet, which when I try to play anything from work I get a few seconds then it stops playing!!



Any help would be great

Download Manager?  Did you try the Help section in the program?  It can be used with sites that allow downloads.

The streaming problem may be a firewall issue.  If it plays, stops, plays, stops, etc., that's just a bandwidth problem -- there isn't enough.
