Title: Microsoft Intellimouse 2.0 Tilt Wheel Support

The program doesn't seem to support the new standard Intellimuse with the tilt wheel.

I can scroll up and down, but when I tilt the wheel left or right over a portion of the program that has a left-right slider bar, nothing happens.
