Title: Rebuild often?
Post by: btvillarin on November 14, 2003, 08:52:04 pm
I'm not mad at MC9, just upset that I have to take a few extra steps when want to have a successful sync.

Very often, I've had to rebuild the iPod database.  I have a smartlist where songs need ratings.  Once I get some of those songs rated the way I like, I sync with MC9 so those songs can be placed in the proper smartlist.

Today, I've had to rebuild my iPod DB twice.  After I sync, and I check my iPod playlists, there will be one blank and the "On-The-Go" playlist.  So, I reconnect my iPod, rebuild the DB, sync, and it finally works.

It's been happening for quite some time, even after reinitializing my iPod.

Any suggestions to guide me to a solution?  Other than this, everything is totally awesome!  :)

Thanks!
