Post by: DM_AS_BX_RX on November 15, 2003, 06:11:06 am

I have the same problem on 3 different computers, one running XP and two running wink2k.  It's a windows problem, dunno how to fix it.

I've run into this issue with MC and some other apps before. It usually occurs with apps that do their own skinning/UI rendering. But it does not seem consistent - some builds of MC don't exhibit the problem (currently not happening with 9.1.305). I don't know enough about Windows programming or subsystems to pin it down.

Small consolation, but at least you have a keyboard with a Windows key  :-\

I've seen this too (usually just once per login)...

For non-windowed keyboards, use the Ctrl Esc keyboard salute.

...or you can Alt-Tab if you want to get to an open app  :)
