Title: Image thumbnails not visible for offline CDs

Don't know whether it is a bug or a feature:

I would like to see the thumbnails created for images stored on a CD.
It is currently only possible to see them if the CD is inserted although the thumbnails were created before and are available in the thumbnail directory of MC.

Probably this bug is related to the problem with video files:

Yep, I've verified it in 307 and it works fine.
