Title: TV & video

Having used MC for audio, I thought I would hook up the TV/video side to see how easy it will be to use.  
What is the best combination of TV Tuner card and video playback card to use?  There used to be an arguement for the Codec to be part of the hardware on one of the cards - I wonder if that is still the case.

I like ATI All-In-Wonder cards. You get both TV tuner and video card in one.
