Title: minor nits and questions

Mainly UI stuff...
-It would be a lot nicer if all windows were resizable and remembered their sizes.
-It would be nicer if Media Editor were skinned like everything else.
-Are button captions skin dependent?
-How come I can't go to Windowed mode from the Mode button?
-Does the quick-find cover art function recognize Album Artist?
-Is there any way to keep the bar at the bottom of the Visualization window from auto-hiding? I'd rather sacrifice the display space than have it popping on and off all the time.
-When do we get a button/tab row near the top as part of another UI improvement program?  ;D

also:
-Didn't the taskbar button used to be a max/min toggle? That would be cool.
