Title: Licensing a PC not on a network

I've read the Licensing FAQ, honest  :) ... how do I purchase and license a copy of MC on a PC not connected to the Internet?

The FAQ keeps rambling on about the 'Restore Page' .. not a lot of use with no Internet connection.

There are MANY PCs in the world not Web-enabled you know.  :o

Download the license file from a PC that is on the web, then copy it to a floppy disk.

Okay, I didn't read anything which indicated that a file was available to transfer .. maybe I missed it.
