I have 2 Young Rascals cds .
They are in YADB but both last tracks are not served.
I got 'Track 12' and 'Track 13' instead of the song name.
Other songs are ok.
They are songs ,not any data tracks. In one cd ,song 12 is even not an extra track ,just the original double LP
Using cdbb, i got the good infos.
So ,what i do ?
I upload the good cdbb infos to YADB? In this case ,how?
Even with 'cdplayer.ini' folder deleted and fill with correct infos from cdbb , i still get the wrong infos when i put the cd in the drive ,and this without contacting YADB
Or there is a way to upload only 'song 12 and song 13' ?
Listening to: 'Track 12' from 'Peaceful World' by 'The Rascals' on Media Center 9.1 according to YADB

I have seen this several times where the last track or two come up like that, I thought it was a bug but figgured it was on my end.

but figgured it was on my end. ????????
What do you mean??
How a problem in YADB infos can be on my end?
I did not uploaded this cds
Just got infos from YADB

I have noticed a bug when filling out tracks manually for CDs that do not return info.
Sometimes, even thaough the track name is entered into the dialogue for the last track, when it is submitted and ripped the name is replaced by Track (number).
I have reported this but so far it's not been fixed.
That is how the YADB gets corrupt info - MC changes the data when it uploads.

Must be as you say.
So ,there is work to do for our biker....

Zevele,
I have a lot of old salsa music. When the CD's I rip are unknown you get the chance to fill in the blanks. Strange thing is that the last track of the album is not always written into the database.
When I insert the songnumbers I make sure that the last track is replaced with the songname. If not I fill in the correct name and just do an update to YADB.
This works, but I have updated YADB several times with CD's where the last track name was not correct.

I have had 2 CDs in the past week with the same issue. Maybe the YADB clean-up crew can do a search for track * in the name field to find the bogus entries.

This problem should be fixed in the next build (314). Please let us know if this still happens on new CD's.
Thanks!

Hi John,
Glad to see that you fixed this. I will check the new version to see if it works. I hope you can spend some time on the other YADB issues as well. See my other thread for a few examples of problems.
You improved a few things a while ago. The improvements seem to have gone. Don't know what happened! ?
