Is it possible to have custom tag fields?

If so how and can the option for the field be limited?

I remember reading a thread about using Custom Fields for managing the tracks in the libray.

I'd like to be able to add a field to the tag on a track to denote if I want it on the iPOD or not - so it would probably just have 2 possibilities: On iPOD/Not On iPOD.

maybe i should have told you, but i thought you already knew where it was since you did not say you needed help finding it.
