Title: option to lock library when in use

Is there a way I can lock my "main" library when it is in use on one computer, so that I can't open it on another and make changes?  It happens to me all the time now: I make all these wonderful changes to playlists, etc., only to discover none of my changes have been made because the laptop downstairs had the same library open (I only use one library).

And please--no suggestions about using another library, or copying this one for use on the laptop. I want all my changes, no matter where they are made, to be saved in the same library.
