Title: Hauppage PCI TVFM card has some support in 10.x but I'm not sure how to get it

Hello all, this may be a fortunate bug, but I'd like to turn it into a feature....

I have a Hauppage PCI TV card with the FM radio option.  I see, under TV, that by going into advanced, I can go to TV options and select the FM radio portion.
Then, by entering the frequency desired, say 89000000, I can tune it to 89.0  Now, how do I set this as a "Channel"?

Not yet. But I will try implementing it some time later.
