I'm sure JimH won't be happy about this post since he asked us to be patient and wait until he posts more definitively and clearly outlined rules about the licensing, but I thought of this and thought maybe others might see it this way as well:
I bought a 30 gig iPod, and about 6 months later, Apple released the 40 gig for the same price I paid for the 30 gig. Should I be mad at Apple for not telling me they were going to release the 40 gig 6 months after I bought the 30 gig? Do you think Apple would let me send them my 30 gig and pay them a nominal "upgrade" amount so I can have the 40 gig? If they did, what would that nominal upgrade fee be? $50? $100? If I don't buy the 40 gig, does my 30 gig still suit its purpose and provide me with immense pleasure?
You see what I'm saying?

Wobbley,
I appreciate your sentiment, but I'm afraid you'll start a food fight.
