Title: New Trackinfo Template + Icons

I made some extensive modifications to the "Dreamstate" template.  It looks pretty slick and matches Metal-type skins pretty well.  I thought some of you might enjoy it.

Additionally, I reworked some of fretwalker's XP iconset and found a spiffy default art replacement when a track lacks cover art

All directions are in the readme.

Tweaked the template.
Added a modified version of fretwalker's iconset.
