Title: Remote configure is grayed out - help

I was using a plug in for the IR man.  Now when I try to re-learn the codes the configure button is grayed out.  This worked a week or two ago.  How do I fix it?

Maybe the plug-in isn't running. Does if say "Inactive" in brackets next to the plugin name "IRMAN"? Try clicking the Start button. If it won't start up, check the connections to the Irman receiver device. Also, only one program can use the receiver at a time so check if any other programs (Girder?) are running in the background.

NO it is actually working.  I just wanted to add to the controls and it won't let me.  It does start up and stop.  There are no other programs like Girder running.  Thanks.

Sorry, I misunderstood the problem. Just click the "Learn" button to re-learn remote codes (select the code from the list to re-learn).

Actually that was the problem.  It would not, could not learn because it was grayed out.  Anyway a restart of the machine has seemed to cure the problem.  

Now for a new twist.  How about a command to start MC when it is not already running?

I'm afraid you'd have to use Girder to do that.
