Title: Error Converting format

I have MJ version 8 - I can't get it to convert any fromats. Saving in wma, it try to convert to mp3. Every time I get a prompt that the plugin isn't installed - do I want to download and install it. I say yes, it appears to download and install (after I agree to overwrite the plugin which is already there from the last time). When I proceed with a conversion I get the following error:

Cannot create plubin 'MP3 ENcoder'.  Error 80040154

Try using IE to download the plugin.  It should install automatically and not ask about overwriting anything.
