Wouldn't it be cool if you could incorporate a video file into a visualization. In the same way that you can put the album cover art "underneath" the visualization, put a video file or a DVD "underneath" the visualization. Does this exist? Could it?

Well, I'm kind of confused. My original response was, "Darn the MIPS, full speed ahead", except I used a different word instead of "Darn" that is a homonym for the thing that holds water back--a "dam". I noticed that the forum replaced that word with "**" and I edited my response with a question about why it was censored. Now, my post is gone. I assume it was deleted by a mod. if that's the case, then I wonder:
1. Is that word really considered a swear word? I mean, if it is, then so be it--this forum can set whatever rules it wants on what you can and can't say, but I'm surprised that it's considered a serious enough swear word to delete a post over.
2. I'm also surprised that my post was deleted without some kind of message to me telling me why it was deleted, especially since it explicitly contained a question about why the post was censored.

Back to your idea of a video within a visualization, I think that would be intense and opens up new dimensions, especially for the 3-D visualations.
