Title: From Help Menu (Buy MC) Can't Reach Upgrade page for update Ver. 10

I was able to this morning but when I returned to it later on to upgrade. All I got was ( This Page Cannot Be Displayed).
Would you please send me a hyperlink or post the link from the $12.99 Version.8 to Version.10 here.
