For the first time I am trying to burn from Media Center to my CD burner. I keep getting a "Can't start the write" message after the file is decoded.
I can burn onto this burner with another software package on the same computer. if I decode it first to a .WAV file
I installed the latest ASPI for Win 2000.
Here is the data:

...but only when I mix APE and WAV in the burn queue so far. Comes back with and error something like "Unable to pass cue list. Invalid field in parameter list...."
I can get more exact if you want.

If you want to stay with MC 9.0, you might try the search for MC 9.0.180 which was the last build for 9.0. and install it.
I am also a 9.0 user and have not had any problems such as you describe.
