Title: My Rio wont boot!

Help,
I asked MJC 10 to convert 10 songs to lower bitrate, and send them to the rio's internal memory.
After returning to my desk, I saw that MJC had crashed, and left my Rio 500 numb.
Now even after removing the external card and putting a new battery in the rio wont boot up.
What can I do?

I'm afraid you'll have to try Rio.  Did you check the manual?

You will need to ask them how to re-initialize the player.
