It would not appear that a moose (especially a drunken moose) is a good candidate for 'cow-tipping'

There's a much bigger problem tonight and new year's eve: Watch out for drunken Mastiff in Norway! Mead and beer always makes for a fun season!  ;D

I spent few Xmass and New Year in Oslo Looong ago.

No, Christmas Eve is a very family day here in Norway, which is why I don't drink much then - a beer or two for dinner and maybe a couple after, but that's about all. It's what we call "little Christmas Eve" in Norway the heavy drinking takes place.  ;D
