Title: Best estimate on when V10 becomes release?

Any idea when V10 will be general release?

Judgin by JRiver usual development time I would guess April or May next year...a new version seems to be indevelopment for about 7 or 8 months before release...

It seems to me that the safest answer to the question is that it will be MONTHS from now.  As in not weeks, but also not years away.

I am of course NOT speaking for JRiver, just trying to guess from what I've picked on interact.

According to the Top Secret  MC Roadmap I aquired through my hacking efforts, MC10 will be released on June 10, 2004.

Interestingly enough, MC 10.1 will be released exactly 2 months later.

At that point, MC will be renamed to JRiver Document Center 1.0 and will become a full blown Document management tool, slated for a mid-to-late 2005 release.

It gets really fuzzy at that point, but there it appears as though it will once again be taken to the next level. No dates are mentioned and details are sketchy, but internal memos indicate this new product is aimed towards becoming a full fledged Windows replacement and is being referred to as "JROC". Could it be "JRiver Operating Center?"

I heard it would be ready tomorrow. Of course, when tomorrow becomes today then it will again be pushed off to tomorrow. Philosophical question...When does tomorrow become today? Yesterday and into the night, I was thinking about the impossibility of reaching zero by inverting any real number. No, I slept OK...thanks for asking. I dreamnt that I was counting sand grains on Ocracoke Island.
