When I tried to restore my license to Media Jukebox, it did not work. Only now, after reading the faq, do I know that you only have ten restores a year. When I purchased my license there was no mention of that. I think it is unfair that I will have to pay for another one. Is there any way I can have my restores back and when? Now that I know this, I will preserve my restores better.

well maybe there is another problem.
what version of MJ did you buy?
if it was MJ7 and prior users were issued a license they save to disk, if it was MJ8 you should have a code to enter.

I bought MJ8. I have the registration key. According to your FAQ, I only have 10 restores a year. According to the email that I got from the restore page, I had no more restores. Also, when I try to restore my license, a message comes up saying that the "license is invalid or has been restored too many times". I used them up because I thought I had to uninstall MJ8 before I install the new build that comes out. Only recently did I find out that all I had to do was install over the previous build.

well i can't help you there.
And i am not sure if uninstalling MJ and reinstalling you even need to do that, i have uninstalled MJ and never needed to use a restore when installing the next version.
when you do restore, it telles you how many restores you have left. it started out at 5 i think and J river Rased it To 10.
the reason J river set a limit is if a user Buys MJ and then posts his\her code on the internet and allow other users to pirate MJ they have some sort of control from Abuse.
I do know they keep Logs of this to track abuse of cracks and the abuse of the registration.
like i said i can't help you there.
Also Note i Do Not Work For J River.
