Title: Where are playlists stored?

On 'My Computer', that is.

Unfortunately they're not actually physically stored as playlists. They're stored inside the Media Library files.

Check File/Library/Library Manager to see where your library files are saved.

You can easily export them all to M3U using the File > Export All Playlists...
