Title: Increase Pitch Plugin

I'm sure this has been brought up before...

Is there a plugin or is anyone willing to create a plugin to increase the pitch on mp3s? (I dont mean re-encode the mp3 at a higher pitch, i just mean on playback) i have seen plugins for other programs...

Obviously this is not useful for people that play old music or pop music which is already at the correct pitch but for those that listen to electronica and dance this would be extremley useful! (more than u can imagine)

I could use another program but it would be create if it could be incorporated into MC.

Is there any chance of someone creating a plugin or it being incorported into future versions of MC?

Not Using The Current SDK Or Play Back Tools

Someone Could Use Other Playback Tools That Would Play One That I Know Of Costs $250+ For The Set Of Controls.
