Title: Upsampling bug

I ran a test on the V10 beta 24 using a high frequency sine sweep and noticed that the upsampling is causing some strange artifacts.

If I choose 88.2 as the upsampling freq. I hear a sparkling sound in the higher freqs.
Bit depth does not matter if 16 or 24.

I can provide the sine sweep if needed.

Have you been able to reproduce what I am hearing?
Do you need the mp3 file, it´s 1.6 MB.
