Title: License help?

I just purchased MC 9.1 for $39.95.  I received my reg #, entered it in the restore page.  I click on the link and instead of installing anything, the license appears in a browser window. The address is an  .erf  link.  No mjr file is on my PC.   The software is asking for a MJR file.  What am I missing here?  


Pretty embarrasing here, I have installed hundreds of software programs...

Use IE. I'm working on a fix for this.

Thnaks for the reply!  I am using IE....
 I tried disabling Norton AV, but it didnt help...

Sounds like IE is not recognizing the file type. Try re-installing. Did you get your license file in the e-mail when you purchased? You can use that to try without using a restore.

I tried downloading the newest version 9.13.1.6 and reinstalling.

Same problem. I got the attached license in the original email but it is also an .erf instead of an mjf, so is not recognized.

I still cannot register my license purchase.

I am down to 2 days on my trial period.
Anything I can do to keep it active until you resolve the registration problem?

If this will help, when I
try to restore the license via the internet in IE, the license pops up in the browser window with this url. Notice the .erf extension.

(I removed registration number)
