Title: upload problems

   I have MC9, all my files are supposedly in "MP3 Encoder VBR" format. That is what the settings are set to. The other day when i plugged in my Ipod, i tried to upload some new, recently ripped(from a CD)songs, and the little error message saying "the device does not support ogg format files, go to options to enable files conversion". I know that the songs are in MP3 format and not ogg. I even took some songs off of my ipod, and then tried to re-upload them, and the same error message appeared.  Also when i am in my library, i can scroll over to "file type", and all of my files are IN MP3 format. Any ideas????thanks,
