Title: Cannot find path for handheld

After downloading the handheld plug-in for RIO 500, i click on to it to upload music and it cannot find the path file, Need some help

Huey,

Sorry for the delay in responding. Can you give me some more details. What version of MJ are you running?  What Operating System? Can you specifically describe what actions you take to give you the error?

Steve-

   i'm using windows XP and i have MJ 9.0. I download the rio 500 from the tools and then go to plug-in manager and download. After it downloads it says it's been successful. I go to the handheld part t odownload music into the rio and MJ says it cannot find path and it shuts down MJ. Need some help

Huey,

If you click on the Rio500, does MJ display the files and information correctly for you ( without downloading)? Feel free to email me directly on this (steve @ jriver.com).
