Post by: JNKH on January 05, 2004, 03:36:11 am
Hi MC,

I no longer see the TOOLBAR.  How do I get it back.

Hopefully it'll get added back at some later point.

You can still customize your Toolbar at the top or buttom under Options->View->Toolbar. The difference is, that the toolbar at the buttom is empty after Installation/Updating.

I believe Nila was referring to the 'Location Bar' which formerly resided horizontally across the middle of MC, between the upper pane asnd the file list pane below.  That is in fact history, but although it was handy, with both a top & a bottom toolbar you can still get by fairly well.

Thanks.

The recommendation works.  I can add icon for the bottom.  My feedback is that ripping is a very common function, and the default GUI should have it readily accessible.

Alternatively, it should be in the action window if we are selecting from the DRIVES which means ripping is a common action.

Yeah sorry :)
Did a fresh install the other day and noticed that the toolbars are empty as default.

I just presumed they were visible normally so figured he was talking about the Location bar.
