Title: Lost my registration key when my computer crashed

purchased this product from you July 15, 2002.  My computer has crashed and since been restored but I do not know what email address I used when it was purchased.  It was purchased with a Visa card in the name of Fred Monteith.  I (Anne) was the one that purchased it.
I have tried all the suggestions on the web site but I do not use the email address that I bought it under and don't know what it was.  I have attached my bank statement so you can see that it was purchased.
Can you please send another code and I will make sure that I write it somewhere safe.
