Title: restore playlist file from backup?

I installed MC or MJ 9, not sure which it was.  Was unhappy.  Uninstalled.  Reinstalled 8.088, or whatever, and then 3.092 over that.  My library was reconstructed fine, but a number of very nice playlists are gone.  I do regular backups on my system, and have modified/archived versions of all files going back 2 months.  I've tried restoring several of the recent .jmd files from backup, but the playlists don't change.  Where on earth, in what file, is that data stored?  Any special tricks for deleting/restoring?  THANKS.

They're probably stored in playlistx.jmd

Have you checked under Mixes?
