Title: Anyone know about the problem with RIO 500 handhel

installation is always successful but then MJ cannot find the plug-in when i want to download music to rio 500

I had the same problem 2 weeks ago with the Rio 500 plugin but when I upgraded to v. 9.x, the plugin started working correctly.

When you click on the Rio 500 in the tree, what happens?

What Operating System and version of MJ do you have?
