Title: Where is the file transfer in 10.0.31

OK,
Call me stupid. Where is the file transfer setup or screen in 10.0.31? I am trying to transfer to a pocketpc, but do not see the transfer screen when I click on the Windows CE device as in the past. Is it my Setup or sometihng that changed overall that I missed in the update notes. :o

Oridinarily you'd have to click the Handheld icon in the Action Window, but I think it was removed temporarily and hasn't been put back in yet.

I just added the Portable Download button to my toolbar, but since I no longer have a portable, I can't say if it works or not.
