Hey all,
I've been having some difficulty trying to restore my account.
Yesterday evening when I tried opening Media Jukebox, I received a screen that explained that my trial period was over and I needed to register. Since I had already purchased Media Jukebox 30 days ago, I went to your website and received via e-mail my registration code.
When I entered this code in the restoring web page, it prompted me to another page that displayed a listing of various numbers and letters- this did not restore my Media Center.
What am I to do?

Did you use MS Internet Explorer as your browser? If not, try again with it. Hope it helps.

What version of MC are you using?
What license do you have? DO NOT POST YOUR LICENSE OR IT WILL BE REVOKED.

Yes I am using Explorer and I have Media Jukebox 9. Thanks!

There is no MJ 9. Can you report the full version? Media Center 9.1.316, for example.
