Title: Media Server problem

I can connect to my media server and download the library, but when I try to play any audio files, I get the message, "Playback Engine: Media Jukebox is unable to acquire license for this file. Windows Media Error: 0x8007005"

Can anyone assist?

That sounds like a problem we've seen with Windows Media Player 9.   If so, it will be fixed when they release WMP9 and the SDK.

Make sure you're using the same version of MJ on both machines.
