A status update on this security breach would be appreciated.

I'll tell you what I know and then close this thread. I hope you will understand that we don't want to provide any clues on our network.
1. The web server was hacked. This is a machine outside our firewall and so it is more vulnerable. Less so now.
2. The hackers used a flaw in the software that we use to run the board. This has been repaired.
3. No credit card information was accessible. We don't store it.
