Title: Request for posting guidelines

Let me start by saying that MC is an excellent product and the support here is unrivaled.  Being able to post questions and have them answered the same day is amazing.

However, there seems to be quite a bit of animosity here.  It seems like it is getting a little bit nasty.

This forum is, of course, run by and for JRiver and it is theirs to police as they see fit.  However, it would be very handy to have some guidelines from the powers that be as to what is and is not acceptable material for posting here.
