Title: support for video streaming in media server

Media Server works great when trying to play music over the network, but crashes (both 9 & 10) when i try and play an mpeg file.  Is this supported?

Is it supposed to work?  I got a strange error on the microsoft crash analysis that i needed to upgrade my encoder.

This works in v10. I didn't fix anything, so I don't know what the problem was.
