Title: No Help Menu

i have two very newbie questions...so i apologize.

1) since V10, i do not have a "help" drop down menu, im sure this has been addressed, but how do you find system info now without it?

2) also since V10, MC seems to randomly enter a "stay on top" mode, even though this option is unchecked, it will change between sessions and i can do nothing about it :-\.

Something isn't right.  Try switching skins.  Try removing third party plug-ins.  Try installing again.

JimH,
 I completely uninstalled and then reinstalled and got my help menu back.

So far it's not staying on top, but like i said, it changes sporadically, so i will let you know.
