Title: CD Drive Error: Could not Create Handheld Plugin
Post by: Snuffy2 on January 18, 2004, 02:57:13 pm
This has been happening for a while (as long as I've been using MediaCenter (9.1.xxx)), but it's never been much of a problem as I never use CDs or DVDs.  I recently have been using more CDs & DVDs.

Every time a CD or DVD is inserted OR ejected while Media Center is running I get this error:
and the program crashes.  If I wait until the CD or DVD is done its intital read and then open MC, it works just fine.

How can I prevent this? How do I get MC to read the CD or DVD on load & not just crash & burn?

After reading around, I found that if I change Handheld in the options from AutoSync to Nothing it no longer crashes.  I'm gonna close this and post in the old thread already created.
