Title: Recurring problem with license and file types

I am a long time licensed user of MJ . Recently I had to reformat my hard drive. Once I reformatted I downloaded another copy of MJ and paid for another license. Now whenever I start MJ it opens a web page, and tells me that the license was successfully installed. Thats's EVERY time I open MJ.
Aside from that it won't keep the files types selected that i want to import. It keeps going back to a much longer list of file types I don't want imported.
Is there a fix to these problems? Any help would be appreciated.e

have you tried un-install and re-install?
