Selling live recordings in non-drm formats is a great idea and seems like it should catch on.
Bands running their own music stores and selling their albums themselves has a lot of interesting implications for the entire music biz.
Who needs record contracts? Bye Bye RIAA....?
Maybe it's a ways off, but it seems that all the technology is there. It might take a while for consumer habits to catch up.
