Every time I try to get to my CF card on my pocketpc by way of the tree, the tree never expands to a lower level. What happens instead is the current level I am on is redisplayed as the new lower level. I went about 10 deep and saw it was not going to stop. I was trying to drop files into a folder on the CF card.
Is this a glich from the new auto connect of windows devices?

What node in the tree are you viewing the Pocket PC from? Have you installed any plugins related to the Pocket PC?

I am viewing the tree by expanding drives and devices. When I expand to the windows ce device, I get the expanded tree for what is on the windows ce device. When I try to expand the tree I continue to get what is on the widows ce device no matter what folder or card I try to expand on the device. So the furthest down I can go on the device is the main folders, I can not get to subfolders. I reinstalled 10.0.41 and it works fine. I reinstall 10.0.43 and the problem reappears. I missed 10.0.42 and do not know if the problem was there also. I have plugins installed for portable devices and for generic pocket pcs from your website. I have included some system info if needed. I do have other music programs installed on my system, but none updated in the last month other than MC.

The tree is broken in 10.0.43 for players other than WMDM. This will be fixed soon.

I read that, but "WMDM" means nothing to me. How can one tell if the player they are using is "WMDM"??

Windows Media Device Manager. The player is probably is compatible if it's recent and plays WMA files.

I have no player, but a pocketpc (Dell Axim), that I store music on one of the cards. You say newer players, I assume you are speaking of media players (example(IPOD)), that WMDM will work on. Will the fix include newer pocketpcs?

The fix is already in MC for WMDM players, but will be included for plugins (i.e. WIndows CE plugin) soon.
