Where do I find the download for MC 9.0.180 ? I finally finished my new computer and need to reinstall MC. I have my restore key.

MC 9.0 is still on my old computer, is there any way to move it from there to the new computer? Can I copy it to disk and run it on the new computer?

you just can't copy a bunch of files and expect it to work (at least not in windows)

When I first try to reinstall, I had the old HD connected to the new computer (With a removable tray) using the original install file but I keep getting a "Media Core" error. So can I copy that original install file to CD and then install from that on the new computer?
The old HD's OS was win2kpro, the new one is xp-pro, could the be why I was getting the media core error?

I have a copy of the file that I could send you but it is about 9MB. I see your email address is at Hotmail - will it let you receive an attachment of that size? If not is there another address?

Thanks to those of you who offered to send me the install file. Unfortunately I had recently cancelled the extra storage space at MSN so I had to avail myself of another method. I have now saved that file to CD!

You Better make a BackUp Of The CD, Just In Case
Also You may need to download all the ".mjp" files to all the plug-ins , and find the links in the ".mjp" file and download them also (On the Download Link, Right Click And Save As the ".mjp" file)
then change the Http links in all the ".mjp" files to a local drive (to your cd-rom drive)
then burn them all to a cd this way when your system needs to be reinstalled you have all the files. If you do not do this you will not have all the files and plug-ins you use (This Includes Encoders), and then when they are on MC12 and drop support for MC9 you can always reinstall MC 9.0.180
