Title: iTunes compatibility with mc

often after using MC 10, which i realize is a beta and cannot be faulted, most of my songs disappear from my iPod. So I am using iTunes for transfers. Is there a compatibility problem? It seems that MC may conflict with iTunesday _ perhaps sets up directories differently.

The way we write the database on iPod in MC is not compatible with the way iTunes does. It is best to not switch back and forth. If MC can't see the files after a switch, do a rebuild database from iPod (right click on the iPod drive) and MC will recreate the database minus the playlists which can be recreated on a subsequent synch.
