Title: are encoder plugins no longer available for d'load from the web?

In the lefthand menu is a list of plugin types. The top button being "featured plugins". Click that.

Top of the list is the mpegplus encoder plugin. It's category is shown as "encoder plugin". Is there any way to access the rest of them?

Yes, where are they?

I was just looking for a MPC plugin but coudn't find any encoder plugins

Sorry, found it under featured plugins.  Not that easy to find though.
